Municipal Operations includes, but is not limited to:
- Graffiti removal;
- Implementation of Corporation Yard Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans;
- Municipal stormwater pump station inspection, operation, maintenance, and monitoring;
- Implementation of appropriate BMPs during road, parking lot and bridge repair and maintenance work; and,
- Complying with the reporting requirements in MRP 2.0 Provision C.2 (Municipal Operations) and other relevant provisions to municipal operations.
The CCCWP Municipal Operations Committee (MOC) reviews and provides assistance to municipal maintenance and operations staff, where necessary, to ensure consistent and effective BMPs are implemented during the operation, inspection, and routine repair and maintenance activities of municipal facilities and infrastructure.
