Green Infrastructure Plans (2019)

Provision C.3.j. in the Municipal Regional Stormwater Permit (MRP) requires that each municipality subject to the Permit submit a Green Infrastructure Plan (Plan). Each Plan must contain elements specified in the Permit. For most Contra Costa permittees, Plans are to be submitted with the Annual Report due September 30, 2019. For the cities of Antioch, Brentwood, and Oakley, the Plans are due September 30, 2020. Plans are subject to approval by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board's Executive Officer.
